Experience managing hr operations in latam countries. Strong knowledge of local labor laws and compliance in mexico, with awareness of argentina and other latam countries. Knowledge of mexican labor noms (025, 035, 037). Experience with hris platforms (e.g., workday, bamboo). Advanced english (full professional proficiency). Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills. Experience in remote and multicultural teams.nice to have: certifications in people analytics or hr technology.
