This role will focus on strengthening dealer and distributor networks, driving regional sales strategy, and developing strong commercial partnerships in the automotive market. The position requires a highly experienced commercial professional capable of managing regional operations, building strategic relationships, and delivering sustainable sales growth. Key responsibilities lead and execute regional sales strategy aligned with national objectives develop and manage regional fleet sales and business opportunities manage and grow the dealer and distributor network within the assigned region drive pipeline development, forecasting accuracy, and crm discipline conduct market analysis, competitor intelligence, and regional business planning build strong relationships with key accounts, fleet clients, and partners ensure compliance with internal management and reporting standards requirements 10+ years of experience in the automotive industry proven experience in regional sales management and fleet business development strong business development, negotiation, and account management skills experience managing dealer or distributor networks strong understanding of regional markets and sales strategy advanced english proficiency willingness to travel preferred profile candidates with cross-cultural experience are highly valued.
