here you will apply your skills in tool design, maintenance, and manufacturing.responsibilities-manage the timely, efficient, and safe manufacturing and maintenance of the tools required for the implementation of production plans.
-supervise the development of preventive maintenance schedules for stamping dies in coordination with the planning department.
-ensure the implementation of preventive maintenance plans and thus the availability of stamping dies for the fulfillment of production plans.
-the preservation, care, and proper handling of tools owned by customers according to their specific requirements.
-provide management with the analysis of metrics received from the maintenance and tool manufacturing department for management review.requirements-more than 15 years of experience in the design, manufacture, and maintenance of stamping and progressive dies.
-ability to read blueprints, knowledge of gd&t and measurement.
-ability to use design software such as auto cad, solid works, etc.-operation of machines and tools such as edm, cnc, lathe, milling machine, and other conventional machines.
-general knowledge of error proofing, different types of sensors, plc, etc.
