we are looking for a *customer project manager*to coordinate and project manage all *deployment operations* for our hyperscaler's customer contracts within the assigned market area. You will be accountable to deliver it equipment and services to our hyperscale cloud customer locations across +80 countries (managing +200 customer purchase orders). This role involves coordinating the movement of goods from our distribution centers to customers sites, optimizing transportation routes, track shipments to ensure on-time delivery while achieving the best balance between customer service and cost-effectiveness. Also, you will be overseeing the importing and exporting process of a product.

*what you will do*:
- project execution (logistic/supply chain services): ensure that you provides high-quality, efficient, and effective delivery of it equipment for customer's compute and network/transport hw equipment (hpe, cisco, juniper, arista, ciena, etc)
- performance assurance: secure that contract sla for service delivery is achieved. Further enhance our performance measurement systems to evaluate and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our delivery processes
- quality: further develop and improve our quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality services. Conduct regular reviews and audits to identify areas for improvement.
- stakeholder management: ensure good relationship and communication with the country local teams and maintain an updated contact matrix, clarify r&r between the ma cpm & the local teams, improve the control and quality of the contract (ensuring the success of a project, program, or activity)
- risk & safety management: identify and mitigate risks associated with service delivery. Develop and implement contingency plans to address potential issues
*the skills you bring*:
- a bachelor's degree or higher education
- solid experience in a combination of supply chain & logistic management, sourcing, large-scale program delivery and trade compliance.
- extensive project management experience with both internal and external service delivery programs and success working with demanding customers.
- knowledge of and experience delivering using ericsson's supply chain and sourcing processes
- strong track record of engaging and building trust with internal and external stakeholders.
- fluent english.
