*main responsibilities*:
- provide administrative support to leadership and functional teams, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments.
- prepare, edit, and format reports, presentations, and communications with a high degree of accuracy.
- organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
- assist with travel arrangements, expense reporting, and purchasing requests.
- coordinate onsite and virtual meetings, including room reservations, logistics, and materials.
- support onboarding activities for new employees (access requests, paperwork coordination, system setup).
- track and manage department metrics, action items, and deadlines.
- maintain office supplies and support facility related administrative needs.
- provide general support to ensure smooth day to day operations.
*what skills you need*:
- 2+ years of administrative, office coordination, or related support experience.
- strong proficiency with microsoft office (outlook, teams, excel, word, powerpoint).
- excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- strong written and verbal communication skills.
- high attention to detail and accuracy.
- ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- customer service mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
- ability to work independently and exercise good judgment.
*what makes you stand out*:
- experience supporting managers, supervisors, or cross functional teams within a manufacturing or corporate environment.
- familiarity with sap, workday, sharepoint, or other enterprise systems.
- experience planning events, meetings, or employee engagement activities.
- basic reporting or data tracking experience (excel, dashboards, kpi tracking).
- bilingual language skills (spanish/english)
*education*:
- high school diploma or equivalent required, associate degree in business administration, office management, or related field preferred.additional administrative certifications are a plus (e.g., cap, microsoft office specialist).
