create a daily safety culture on the production floor, following current policies and procedures.
Demonstrate intolerance to unsafe acts and conditions.
Ensure the correct identification and segregation of non‑conforming material according to the process chart or standard cell.
Ensure the correct order and cleanliness of your work area through daily cleaning activities.
Communicate effectively and in a timely manner with the production coordinator and/or those responsible for the support areas.
Ensure that operators follow their standard work and comply with the quality review points of each operation.
Receive new personnel after their induction and delivery to the corresponding areas.
Introduce new staff to the product tour.
Deliver yellow badges.
Fill out dnc (do not correct).
Ensure certification times in the 1st skill before the month of seniority.
Manage and recommend instructions to production coordinators for better staff training.
Conduct safety conditions tour and attendance of new staff.
Train in operations at the start of the shift using the 7 by 3 process.
Follow up on certification of new staff.
Schedule the certification audit with quality auditors.
Audit that staff is in a single station for 15 days.
Present plant information (meal times, staff in charge with whom they will interact).
Create and debug files.
Organize graduation ceremony and special meal for certified staff (diploma).
Continue training in other skills for the same personnel.
Support in certification and recertification when no new entrants are present.
Ensure printing and posting of the updated certification matrix in your area.
Generate a monthly report of activities that measures the effectiveness of the certification process.
Inform human resources of incidents of absenteeism of new staff.
