Based at the irapuato gto, this role serves as a strategic partner, collaborating closely with leadership and employees to foster a positive and performance-driven workplace culture.act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on a wide range of hr matters including employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organisational change. Partner with department leaders to understand business objectives, aligning hr strategies to support operational goals and drive organisational effectiveness. Facilitate recruitment processes by collaborating with hiring managers to identify talent needs, coordinate selection activities, and ensure a positive candidate experience. Support and guide managers on workforce planning, compensation, benefits, and regulatory compliance to maintain fair and consistent human resource practices. Collaborate with hr colleagues to continuously improve hr policies, procedures, and tools to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.proven experience in hr business partnering or generalist roles, preferably within logistics or supply chain sectors. Strong knowledge of mexican labour law and hr best practices to advise effectively on legal and ethical employment issues.
