Inventory controlresponsibilities:• knowledge of erp system & material planning, capacity planning• understanding siop planning, supply plan.• master scheduling / demand forecasting.• interact with sales / manufacturing / product team to interpret their needs and requirement to understand demand.• understanding mrp and material planning process and close interaction with procurement/buyer team• planning & forecast of long lead material with the help of sales, engineering & product team.• track & report generations of siop & supply plan• inventory analysis and action plan to reduce inventory.• develop and implement manufacturing plans, capacity allocation for new products.
