buscamos customer service specialist (freight forwarding) para laborar en empresa china de logísitca
responsabilities:
* monitor and follow up on general cargo operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
* coordinate with shipping lines to secure bookings, verify schedules, and resolve operational issues.
* request, track, and confirm payments in internal systems, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
* maintain close communication with internal and external customers, addressing inquiries and providing updates.
* prepare, update, and maintain detailed tracking reports in collaboration with customs brokers, customers, and internal teams.
* support continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and proposing corrective actions.
* communicate effectively with internal teams (yard, transport, administration) to ensure smooth coordination.
* share customer requirements with suppliers and monitor their implementation.
* reconcile accounts with suppliers, verify charges, and follow up on payments.
* execute additional tasks assigned by leadership with professionalism and accuracy.
experience:
* 2-3 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain coordination.
* strong knowledge of customs processes, shipping documentation, and financial follow-up.
* proficiency in ms office (excel, word, outlook)
* advanced level of english
schedule
monday to friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm
