about the role
we are seeking a customer service & sales support specialist to support our sales team in a fast-paced refrigeration systems environment. This role works closely with multiple departments including sales, engineering, operations, and supply chain to help coordinate projects, maintain organization across customer accounts, and ensure timely communication and documentation.
this position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with technical information, documentation, and data. The role begins as operational support but offers long-term growth into customer success responsibilities.
key responsibilities
sales & project support
• support the assigned salesperson with daily operational and administrative tasks
• track sales opportunities and project timelines to ensure progress
• prepare internal communications, meeting agendas, and summaries
• coordinate with internal departments to support customer-related projects
• monitor tasks and deadlines using internal systems (zoho connect)
• help maintain a 24-hour quotation turnaround goal
customer account support
• assist with crm documentation and account m
anagement
• support customer onboarding and documentation processes
• manage daily customer communications and follow-ups
• help prepare customer updates, presentations, and reports
order & logistics support
• assist with order processing and
tracking
• coordinate with supply chain and vendors on purchase orders and materials
• track shipments and coordinate logistics (dhl, fedex, ups, etc.)
crm & documentation
• maintain accurate records in zoho crm
• track opportunities, project updates, and customer communications
• ensure documentation follows internal processes and standards
qualifications
required
• bilingual: english & spanish (business prof
essional)
• strong organizational and time management skills
• high attention to detail
• ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• experience with document editing, formatting, and pdfs
• comfortable working with numbers and costing data
preferred
• experience in manufacturing or refrigeration industry
• experience supporting technical sales teams
• crm experience (zoho preferred)

compensation & benefits
• $600 – $750 mxn daily salary (depending on experience)
