* paid campaign management: lead the content creation for all paid athlete campaigns, ensuring deliverables meet brand requirements, adhere to deadlines, and maximize roi.
* social media management: oversee the agency's social media channels, ensuring a consistent brand voice, managing community engagement, and analyzing performance metrics to refine strategies.
* emerging trends: stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure all content is fresh, engaging, and innovative.
* edit and proofread written pieces before publication
* conduct keyword research and use seo guidelines to optimize content

* proven experience: a portfolio demonstrating a strong track record of creating high-quality, engaging content for social media platforms (instagram, tiktok, youtube, x, etc.), with a focus on sports, lifestyle, or entertainment. Experience working with high-profile individuals or brands is a plus.
* technical proficiency: expert-level proficiency with industry-standard editing software, including the adobe creative suite (premiere pro, after effects, photoshop, lightroom). Knowledge of camera equipment, lighting, and sound is essential.
* strategic mindset: an understanding of digital marketing, content funnels, and performance metrics (e.g., engagement rates, reach, conversion) to inform content decisions.
* creative vision: exceptional creative and storytelling abilities, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to translate a brand's message into compelling visual content.
