Position overview we are seeking a creative and tech-savvy social media manager to lead our digital presence across multiple platforms. This role requires a blend of design expertise, compelling copywriting, and video editing skills to create engaging content that drives audience growth and brand awareness. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and stays ahead of emerging ai tools and social media trends. Key responsibilities content creation & design design eye‑catching graphics, carousels, and visual assets using canva for daily social media posting create engaging short‑form video content using capcut and creatify.ai for instagram reels, tiktok, and facebook develop both organic and paid advertising content optimized for each platform's specifications maintain brand consistency across all visual content while adapting to platform‑specific best practices copywriting & strategy write compelling, on‑brand copy for instagram, facebook, twitter, and tiktok that drives engagement and conversions craft platform‑specific messaging that resonates with target audiences and encourages interaction develop captions, hashtag strategies, and calls‑to‑action that maximize reach and engagement adapt tone and voice for different platforms while maintaining overall brand identity video production & editing edit short‑form and long‑form video content for organic posts and paid advertising campaigns add captions, transitions, effects, and music to enhance video appeal and accessibility optimize video content for various platform specifications and audience preferences collaborate with internal teams to capture and produce video assets ai tool integration & innovation stay current with rapidly evolving ai tools for content creation, copywriting, and design experiment with and implement new ai technologies to improve content quality and production efficiency evaluate emerging tools and recommend adoption when they add value to the workflow train team members on new ai tools and best practices social media management schedule and publish content across all social media platforms monitor engagement, respond to comments, and foster community interaction analyze performance metrics and adjust strategy based on data insights stay informed on platform updates, algorithm changes, and trending content formats required qualifications technical skills: proficiency in canva for graphic design and social media templates experience with capcut and creatify.ai for video editing and creation strong understanding of instagram, facebook, twitter, and tiktok best practices comfortable learning and adapting to new ai‑powered design and content tools quickly creative skills: exceptional copywriting ability with platform‑specific expertise strong visual design sense and understanding of brand aesthetics video editing capabilities for both organic content and paid advertising ability to create content that balances creativity with strategic objectives professional attributes: self‑starter with excellent time management and organizational skills data‑driven mindset with ability to analyze metrics and optimize performance strong communication skills and collaborative team player adaptable and eager to learn in a rapidly changing digital landscape preferred qualifications 2 years of experience managing social media accounts professionally portfolio demonstrating design, copywriting, and video editing work experience running paid social media advertising campaigns knowledge of social media analytics tools and reporting understanding of seo and content marketing principles experience with additional design or editing software (adobe creative suite, final cut pro, etc.) Benefits remote working for us company exposure to new technology & trend competitive salary j-18808-ljbffr
