the digital client partner is responsible for the relationship and consulting sales efforts of our existing customers. Coordinates cross-functionally to assist with the consulting sales process, as well as create a relationship with the existing customer base.
what you will be doing
* responsible for attaining monthly, quarterly, and annual consulting sales quotas and weekly pipeline creation goals
* facilitate efficient and in-depth product demonstrations for customers with the sales solutions team
* introduce new product offerings and functionalities to the customer base, keeping them up to speed with our latest product enhancements and new releases
* create long-term relationships within the customer leadership team and develops reference ability within the install base
* partner with others within epicor to sell our solution
* conduct account and territory planning
* generate leads through social selling and leveraging one's network
* follow up on company-generated leads and innovative marketing campaigns within your territory
* some travel is expected in support of sales efforts
what you will bring
* proven presentation and demonstration skills
* self-starter with the ability to operate independently
* 2+ years of erp experience
* 2+ years of crm experience (salesforce strongly preferred)
* 2+ years’ account management and/or consulting sales experience, including customer satisfaction.
* 2+ years of consistent quota attainment
* excellent written and spoken english is mandatory
