We're hiring a junior marketing coordinator to work side-by-side with marketing leadership, turning strategy into execution.

what you'll do
strategic support to the marketing director: synthesis and c-suite presentations.
oversee digital ecosystems: inbound, campaigns, content, and partner workflows.
coordinate agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure quality and timeliness.
use ai tools (e.g., chatgpt, claude, perplexity, midjourney) to optimize analysis, productivity, and content.
act as a 360° communication bridge across teams, aligning strategy and execution.
track initiatives, prepare reports, and ensure operational follow-through.
what we're looking for
1–3 years in marketing, strategy, or project coordination.
advanced business english (documentation, research, presentations, meetings).
strong analytical skills, structured thinking, and excellent writing.
solid command of digital marketing fundamentals (inbound, funnels, content formats).
ability to build clear, insight-driven presentations for senior leadership.
proactivity, ownership mindset, and high learning agility.
nice to have
experience coordinating with agencies and tech vendors.
familiarity with bi/reporting and workflow tools.
demonstrated use of ai to solve real business or technical challenges.
