As we continue to expand, we are building a strong and structured hr function across all our entities. For our mexican entity, we are looking for a hands-on, reliable, and detail-orientedhr administratorwho will take ownership of local hr operations while aligning with our global hr standards. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys operational hr, understands local labor compliance, and wants to grow within an international environment. Your role as the hr administrator for mexico, you will ensure compliant, accurate, and efficient hr administration for the local entity. You will act as the operational hr contact point in mexico while working closely with the global head of hr. This is a country-level role within a global hr setup. Key responsibilities employment & hr administration prepare employment contracts, amendments, and termination documentation maintain personnel files in compliance with mexican labor law manage onboarding and offboarding processes track probation periods and contract renewals support spontaneous and structured recruiting processes 2. Payroll & local compliance prepare payroll input and coordinate with local payroll providers administer time tracking, absences, and leave management ensure compliance with mexican labor law and social security requirements support audits, inspections, and documentation requests 3. Employee & manager support act as the first point of contact for employees on hr administrative matters provide employment confirmations and required documentation support local managers in hr-related processes 4. Data & reporting maintain accurate employee data in global hr systems provide local hr reporting to the global head of hr ensure data protection and confidentiality standards your profile degree in human resources, business administration, law, or similar 2–5 years of experience in operational hr solid understanding of mexican labor law and payroll processes experience in recruiting (including proactive/spontaneous hiring) structured and detail-oriented working style comfortable working in a global matrix organization fluent in english (written and spoken) strong sense of ownership and accountability what we offer opportunity to help build the hr structure in a growing international organization direct collaboration with global head of hr high level of responsibility and ownership international exposure within a matrix structure dynamic and entrepreneurial work environment
