Job DescriptionThis Senior Financial Analyst will play a key role in supporting the compliance function for fixed assets and inventory across North America. The idóneo candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Responsibilities- Coordinate and monitor the execution of monthly and quarterly controls for inventory and fixed assets across North American plants and warehouses.- Track compliance progress, maintain organized documentation, and follow up with stakeholders to ensure all evidence is completed and submitted on time.- Collaborate with Plant Controllers to identify gaps, flag potential risks, and suggest process improvements.- Maintain and update KPIs and compliance trackers (e.g., cycle count accuracy) to support performance visibility and audit preparation.- Provide timely and accurate support to Internal Audit and external auditors.- Support month-end close activities, expense tracking, reporting, presentations, and selected operational finance tasks to assist the North America region.- Promote a highly organized and structured approach to tasks, ensuring regional consistency and reliability in control execution.Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.- 5–6 years of work experience in finance or related fields.- Written and spoken fluency in English.- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Preferred Qualifications- SAP proficiency.- Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills.- Familiarity with U.S. GAAP and SOX/internal controls requirements.- Demonstrated success in process improvement and risk identification within a manufacturing or supply chain environment.- Excellent interpersonal and customer-service orientation when working with stakeholders.- Strong organizational and prioritization skills for handling multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
