*principal objective*
will provide operational support and coordinate the correct reporting of tours and sales at any of our properties in cancun (westin lagunamar & westin cancun) based on the segmentation of channels at the site. Creates the leads in our systems that will be used for guests and owners touring at both resorts. This person has an extraordinary knowledge and domain of the different company systems and can perform wide research of history and profiles of guests and owners to find the information needed to create and audit the leads at the property. Oversees administrative support to the project director, marketing & sales departments, marketing & sales management team, including support to the tour reception teams.
*education/experience*
- bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of related marketing experience preferred.
- advanced knowledge in microsoft office suite of products: word, excel, power point.
- excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bi-lingual (english/spanish).
