Job purpose
responsible to plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate employee training programs to improve employee skills, productivity, and performance, supporting organizational goals and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
key responsabilities
* develop, design, and deliver training programs tailored to organizational and departmental needs.
* create and update training materials, manuals, and resources
* evaluate the effectiveness of existing training programs and recommend improvements.
* provide hands-on guidance, coaching, and one-on-one training sessions when necessar
* collaborate on onboarding processes for new hires and ensure seamless orientation programs.
* introduce and leverage technology-based learning tools such as e-learning platforms, webinars, and apps.
* promote a culture of lifelong learning and professional development within departments.
qualifications and skills
* bachelor's degree in human resources, education, organizational development, business administration, or a related field (required).
* english 80%
* 3–5 years of experience in employee training or development, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership position.
* proficiency in e-learning platforms, learning management systems (lms), and productivity tools (e.g., ms office or google workspace).
* previous experience designing and delivering training programs, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
* excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
* leadership and team management skills to supervise trainers and trainees effectively.
