We are seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer II, to support the operation and maintenance of Imperva SecureSphere and DSF-Hub environments. This role includes installing, configuring, and managing Imperva components, tuning policies for compliance, and troubleshooting system issues to ensure optimal performance and security.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform operation and maintenance tasks in support of the Imperva SecureSphere and DSF-Hub environments.
- Install, configure, and maintain Imperva management consoles, site trees, gateways, agents, and other components for on-premises or cloud environments.
- Create, customize, and tune policies, rules, and alerts based on SOX regulatory requirements.
- Monitor Imperva dashboards for unusual activity, system health, and performance metrics.
- Identify and resolve configuration issues, performance bottlenecks, and connectivity problems.
- Perform Get Technical Info (GTI) dumps and raise support cases with Imperva.
- Work with Imperva support for advanced troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Perform impact to load traffic analysis to reduce database traffic noise by whitelisting trusted database connections.
- Generate and provide audit logs for Workiva regulatory reviews by internal auditors.
- Coordinate and plan Imperva maintenance activities.
- Create CAB incidents and change requests for non-production and production changes.
- Apply agent updates, security patches, and software upgrades as needed.
- Support and maintain documentation for all Imperva configurations, policies, and workflows.
- Renew Imperva SecureSphere and DSF-HUB SSL certificates.
- On-board new database platforms.
- Work with application owners, DBAs, and system administrators for planning, testing and implementation of Imperva monitoring solution.
- Conduct bi-weekly meetings with Offshore team to update and discuss Imperva operations, maintenance, and outstanding support issues.
- Drive DAM expansion of on-boarding (SOX in scope) on-prem and cloud database platforms to Imperva.
- Participate in MX/US DAM migration meetings.
Key Responsibilities (Continued)
- Deliver execution and problem solving: configure and integrate cybersecurity systems, troubleshoot escalated incidents, and maintain threat defense capabilities and user access management; coordinate with managed security providers; investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
Physical Requirements
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
