key responsibilities
* collect and document business and technical requirements to align with project objectives and stakeholder needs.
* generate utm tracking codes for various marketing channels to obtain detailed metrics from platforms such as google analytics.
* ensure that all processes and deliverables adhere to established service level agreements (slas), maintaining high standards of operational excellence.
* manage and analyze agencies on record (aor) and vendor requirements, using strong analytical capabilities.
* collaborate effectively with aor partners and key stakeholders, fostering positive relationships and seamless communication.
* negotiate to resolve conflicts and secure favorable terms with partners and stakeholders.
* support campaign tagging and social media management initiatives by applying a deep understanding of marketing processes.
* communicate clearly and effectively in english (both written and verbal) across diverse teams and regions.
* work efficiently within u.s. and india operational environments, managing cross‑cultural dynamics and remote collaboration.
* identify opportunities for process enhancements and propose actionable improvements to increase team efficiency and effectiveness.
* leverage technical knowledge in the martech space to support and optimize tools, platforms, and technologies used in social media management and campaign tagging.
* build and maintain relationships with agency partners and collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, brand) to enhance operational efficiency.
* provide support and training to cross‑functional teams on campaign setup tools and processes.
essential requirements
* advanced english proficiency (level c1‑c2).
* excellent analytical, problem‑solving, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* proficiency with ms office and tagging tools (e.g., claravine).
* in-depth understanding of marketing execution and deliverables.
* strong cross‑functional collaboration and team leadership abilities.
* excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to foster long‑term relationships.
* track record of operational excellence, demonstrated through measurable metrics and accountability.
* familiarity with and adaptability to new‑generation technologies and trends (e.g., genai and agentic ai) is advantageous.
* bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer engineering, or a related field.
* certifications in social media management (preferred, e.g., meta) and marketing campaign tracking are a plus.
