who you are
a person with:
* experience: at least 5 years in key account management, business development, or high-level commercial management roles, with success in acquiring new clients, preferably in saas or b2b services.
* regional skills: experience managing clients at a national level or with broad geographic responsibility.
* languages: advanced english proficiency (essential for communication with international teams and clients).
* relationship skills: ability to build and maintain strategic relationships across operational and executive levels.
* analytical thinking: capable of interpreting data, identifying business needs, and translating challenges into opportunities.
* communication: excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
what you will do
as our kam, you will build long-term, productive relationships with a focus on national performance. Your main responsibilities include:
* strategic account management: manage a portfolio of existing clients in mexico, ensuring satisfaction and maximizing value.
* new business development: prospect and close new clients at the national level to expand our market presence.
* growth opportunities: analyze current client operations to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
* account and sales strategy: develop and execute account plans and sales strategies to drive retention and growth.
* cross-functional collaboration: work with operations, product, and finance teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
* reporting and analysis: monitor kpis, identify market trends, and provide insights to clients and leadership regarding performance and growth opportunities in mexico.
