before starting … how does our recruitment process look like?
1. after applying to the offer by filling in your cv information.
2. if your cv is selected, you will be invited for an exploratory recruitment interview (individual). The recruiter will get to know you better, understand who you are, and what your professional aspirations are.
3. if the exploratory interview is positive, you will have an interview with the hrbp and the hiring manager.
a day in the life
as a key account manager, you must be self-motivated, proactive, and able to work on your own initiative. Your responsibilities will include:
* building the joint business plan with the account(s) under the supervision of the key account director. Contributing to the commercial vision by sharing account perspectives, risks, and opportunities.
* building, accurately forecasting, and achieving the account(s) results: turnover, market share, profit. Planning all growth drivers accordingly.
* preparing and leading negotiations with the account(s), escalating when relevant. Building action plans to implement the division and channel strategy, ensuring execution and tracking down to store level and sell-out. Suggest plan adaptations when needed.
* acting as the expert of your account to feed a retailer-centric account planning process, ensuring alignment.
* building a retailer-specific development plan and a compelling story to secure retailer buy-in.
* developing deep customer intelligence and maintaining a strong network with key stakeholders at the retailer.
* working closely with other departments (supply, category management, finance, marketing) to connect account stakeholders across functions with their l’oréal counterparts, ensuring consistency of l’oréal’s voice when speaking to the retailer.
