*education/experience qualifications*:
- a minimum of a bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or related field is required.
- zero (0) years of related experience is required; one (1) to two (2) years of related experience is preferred.
- proficient english reading, writing, and speaking abilities required.
- experience in computing systems or it support is required.
*other qualifications*:
- packages, object and change management using sdlc methodology.
- misc. Jde configurations such as printers, job queues, etc.
- security, menu and udo execution and understanding.
- audit and compliance control test execution and evidence collecting.
- general jde maintenance using server manager and vdi installation.
- maintain the confidentiality of all departments, company and customer information while working safely at all times.
- the ability to support around the clock monitoring and management and may result in support or activities after normal business hours.
*physical requirements*:
- professional office environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and low noise level. May require prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, using a computer, and other office equipment.
