Our client is a one of the famous japanese trading company, they are currently seeking for a senior clerk (hr & admin) to join their team. Responsibilities
- assist in organize training sessions and employee development programs
- respond to employee inquiries related to hr policies and procedures
- support compliance with labour laws and company policies
- coordinate employee engagement activities
- handle work visa of secondment staff from headquarters
- assist with travel arrangements and accommodations for guests and vip
- handling general office administration tasks, including order management, inventory control and facilities management
- handle communications with it vendor and service providers
- maintain inventory of it assets and track their lifecycle
- assist in maintaining and organizing it development, licenses, and warranties
- greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional manner
- handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- perform ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisors
requirements
- diploma holder in human resources management or related disciplines
- minimum 3 years working experience in human resources and office administrative work preferred
- well versed in hong kong employment ordinance and other hr related ordinances;
- proficiency in microsoft officeand chinese word processing
- good command of both written and spoken english and chinese
- self-motivated, self-directed, and able to work independently.
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- strong problem-solving skills and a team-oriented mindseta good team leader with positive work attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
