* provide remote patient support via phone, video calls, and secure messaging platforms
* conduct initial health assessments and follow-up check-ins

* document patient interactions accurately in electronic health records (ehr)
* collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure seamless care
* monitor patient progress and escalate urgent cases when necessary
* maintain confidentiality and comply with hipaa and other healthcare regulations
qualifications
* licensed registered nurse (rn) or equivalent certification (depending on country)
* strong communication skills and ability to build trust remotely
* experience with telehealth platforms and electronic health records preferred
