the b2c marketing manager for latam is in charge of adding value, building preference and consideration for the ocean spray brand, by building strong and long‑lasting relationships with consumers and customers, while positively impacting the business profitability.
a day in the life
* develop actionable strategies that align with organizational goals and effectively guide teams to implement and achieve desired outcomes:
o gather, analyze, and synthesize data in order to generate insights and growth opportunities for the development of compelling brand strategies for the next 3 years.
o provide cross‑functional leadership and direction to translate strategy into tactics and actions, and report on business performance to leadership.
o embed industry, customer & shopper insights into the core of all marketing thinking: co‑lead the definition of market research agenda as required with research team members.
o monitor competitive activity and recommend actions as necessary to ensure the achievement of revenue and market share goals.
o provide insights and recommendations to management that will ensure the achievement of key performance objectives.
o continuously collaborate with distributors network and key customers to gather market insights and recommendations from the execution team, to be considered within the brand plans.
