key responsibilities
* lead and guide site-level supply chain teams to achieve functional goals.
* manage daily key performance indicators (kpis) and drive performance to meet business objectives.
* ensure effective onboarding of new team members and implement best practices.
* develop strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
* lead sales and operations planning (s&op)/ sales and operations execution (s&oe) processes and ensure monthly cycle meetings.
* optimize planning strategies using sap and drive edi adoption for streamlined order processing and communication.
