Future opportunities / e-commerce manager
about the role: we are seeking a proactive, results-driven leader to drive our web content strategy and user experience. You will be key in monitoring and optimizing our site, managing inventory, executing 360 digital marketing campaigns, and enhancing our online presence. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and headquarters to ensure a first-class customer experience.
your main responsibilities will include:
* web content strategy & management: lead the content calendar to ensure a consistent and luxurious customer experience.
* business performance: monitor and optimize website sales, implementing initiatives to achieve fiscal objectives.
* merchandising: ensure top-tier site merchandising plans and an exceptional user experience.
* budget planning & forecasting: manage inventory and lead forecasting for launches and e-commerce support.
* 360 digital marketing: support the strategic execution of campaigns, paid media, and email marketing.
* crm: liaise with the customer service team and collaborate on live shopping events.
* analytics & reporting: monitor trends, analyze performance metrics, and share dtc growth opportunities.
* competitive analysis: keep us at the forefront by providing insights into the digital competitive landscape.
what we are looking for:
* 5+ years of experience in the beauty and/or digital/e-commerce sector.
* detail-oriented mindset, multitasking ability, and capacity to manage multiple projects in dynamic environments.
* exceptional organizational skills and proactive problem-solving.
* excellent communication, collaboration, and interdepartmental influence.
* solid understanding of e-commerce kpis, data analysis, and reporting tools (google analytics, salesforce commerce cloud, a/b testing).
* proficiency in microsoft office suite.
* advanced english.
* french proficiency is a plus.
