The Executive Housekeeping Leader oversees a team of housekeeping staff, ensuring guest rooms and public areas meet exacting cleanliness, maintenance, and readiness standards. They monitor Out-of-Service rooms, coordinate with the Front Desk for guest arrival schedules, and conduct thorough inspections to maintain superior quality. 
Key Responsibilities: 
- Directing and training housekeeping staff members 
- Monitoring inventory levels of essential supplies 
- Coordinating closely with the Front Desk team 
- Conducting regular site inspections 
Skills and Qualifications: 
The adecuado candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. A background in hospitality or housekeeping is preferred, but not required. Our organization seeks a dedicated professional who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
