you fully master english (french is considered a strong asset) and you have excellent digital skills.as a *service instructor supervisor and outlet manager* you will have the following responsibilities:- lead a team of experienced professionals (operational staff and practical arts faculty members), assuming tasks such as time management, scheduling, all whilst supporting the team's professional growth.- manage teaching activities related to bars and restaurants.- oversee course content creation and delivery and participate in the design of workshops, all whilst ensuring a 5* level service.- oversee all bar and restaurant operations.- manage all aspects of the front and back of house operations of our points of sales.- create synergies and maintain fruitful relationships with internal and external stakeholders.- manage all ad hoc events; participate in student admissions activities and oversee f&b related student clubs and groups.- participate in the organization of promotions and new offerings to expose the students to a multitude of experiences.
