delivery manager and scrum master
job description
arrow electronics is seeking a proactive and experienced scrum master to support cross-functional agile teams working on, one of the largest b2b electronics e-commerce platforms in the world. The scrum master will be responsible for guiding teams through agile delivery processes, enabling continuous improvement, and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
key responsibilities
what you will be doing at arrow:
* serve as scrum master for 1–2 agile teams within the digital transformation program.
* facilitate agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, demos, backlog refinement).
* coach team members, product owners, and stakeholders on agile values, principles, and best practices.
* identify, remove, and escalate impediments to ensure continuous delivery of value.
* drive agile maturity and team performance metrics (velocity, throughput, cycle time, etc.).
* collaborate closely with technical analysts, developers, and product owners to ensure backlog health and sprint goal alignment.
* support the adoption of agile delivery tools such as jira, confluence, and miro.
* work with the agile delivery manager to align team delivery with broader platform initiatives and technical standards.
* promote a safe environment for innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning.
what we are looking for
* 3+ years experience as a scrum master in enterprise agile environments.
* strong knowledge of agile frameworks including scrum, kanban, and safe.
* experience supporting digital product teams in e-commerce, retail, or customer experience platforms.
* proven ability to guide teams through change and digital transformation initiatives.
* hands-on expertise with jira and confluence for agile tracking and documentation.
* excellent facilitation, communication, and servant leadership skills.
preferred skills
* safe scrum master certification (ssm), certified scrum master (csm), or equivalent.
* experience with scaled agile delivery models and cross-team coordination.
* familiarity with platforms like adobe experience manager (aem), sap commerce cloud (hybris), and api-first architectures.
* exposure to devops pipelines and ci/cd workflows.
* ability to support team performance analytics and okrs.
work arrangement
* hybrid: 3 days in office/2 days work from home

actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
