main responsibilities:
* plan, coordinate, and control manufacturing processes to maximize efficiency and productivity
* supervise and manage production staff, providing training and development opportunities to enhance team performance
* implement and monitor production schedules, adjusting workloads as necessary to meet production targets
* maintain production efficiency by continually evaluating and improving processes and systems
* ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment for all employees
* manage quality control standards to ensure products meet company expectations
* collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
* monitor and report on production performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
* manage inventory levels to ensure materials and supplies are available when needed without excessive stock
* oversee maintenance and repair of production equipment to minimize downtime
required skills and qualifications:
to succeed in this role, you will need:
* a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing, or a related field
* minimum 5 years of experience in production management, preferably in the household appliances industry
* strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality control
* excellent leadership and team management skills
