location: monterrey manufacturing center. Schedule: monday to friday, 7 am to 3 pm.

supply chain specialist

location: global automotive manufacturing company (ayer). Role focuses on inbound/outbound logistics, production continuity, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement. Knowledge of international logistics, customs processes, trade compliance, and erp/mrp systems (sap or similar) preferred.

key responsibilities:

* coordinate inbound material flow and outbound shipments to meet production and customer schedules.
* ensure compliance with customs regulations and international trade laws.
* manage relationships with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers.
* prepare and review shipping documentation.
* monitor logistics kpis and drive improvement initiatives.

qualifications:

* bachelor's degree in international business, logistics, supply chain management, or related field.
* 3+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain (automotive industry preferred).

* intermediate to advanced english for communication with global teams and customers.

supply chain manager

location: not specified. This role covers strategic knowledge of international supply chain requirements, materials management, and relationships with local managers.

responsibilities include planning and coordinating sourcing, procurement, movement, storage, and distribution of materials; budget planning; collaboration with freight forwarders; shipping/receiving oversight; procurement planning; stock and inventory management; cross-functional collaboration; kpi determination; and other duties as assigned.

analyze and create purchase orders to vendors to satisfy business needs; maintain inventory levels and data integrity; support merchandising with vendor performance and improvement plans.

primary accountabilities:

* analyze inventory, sales, and demand to create pos for various vendors to meet inventory requirements.
* develop vendor performance reports and improvement plans.
* monitor replenishment systems and seasonal inventory programs; plan seasonal inventory requirements.
* maintain weekly supplier meetings; ensure data integrity and timely product delivery.
* support category managers with pre-line and line reviews, and inventory analyses.
* maintain daily cross-functional communication about product timelines and risks.

education & experience:

* bachelor's degree or equivalent; area of study in business administration, finance, or inventory management.
* 3-5 years of experience in inventory management.
* technical skills in database programming are a plus.


supply chain program manager

experienced and organized project manager to lead outsourcing projects from inception to completion. Manage all phases of project execution, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget. Strong background in managing third-party vendors and offshore teams, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
