*about the role*:
in this opportunity as a talent development specialist, you will:
- coordinate skill development programming and initiatives at the enterprise level. Focus areas could include manager development, career development, performance management, ai skill-building, and cultural fluency.
- facilitate training for a variety of audiences.
- promote awareness of talent development programs and solutions within the company.
- collect and analyze internal and external data to help optimize the reach, effectiveness and impact of talent initiatives.
- collaborate with hr partners and business units to educate employees about development resources and programs through strategic communication.
- collaborate with external learning providers as needed.
- operate in a matrixed environment, interacting with various stakeholders and representing the talent development team in key projects.
- ensure successful execution and alignment with the company’s strategy and culture.
*about you*:
you’re a fit for the role if your background includes:
- proven skill in designing and facilitating learning experiences, with the ability to create and deliver effective content.
- ability to convey ideas both verbally and visually, engaging diverse stakeholders.
- skill in project management and managing a portfolio of programs.
- ability to navigate strategic discussions and execute necessary actions to achieve set objectives.
- skill at collecting, analyzing and synthesizing data to inform decisions.
- advanced fluency in english and spanish.
- bachelor’s degree; a postgraduate degree is a plus.
