key qualifications include:
* a degree from an accredited institution in a related field (preferred).
* english fluency.
* typing speed of 50 words per minute or higher.
* intermediate to advanced computer technical skills.
* proficiency in ms office and ms suite.
* strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
