About the role
we are seeking an edi operations analyst to oversee the daily management and optimization of our edi environment. This role will be essential in ensuring smooth integrations with global trading partners while driving operational excellence in our systems.
Responsibilities
design and manage edi transaction flows with various global trading partners, addressing any issues with failed transactions or data discrepancies.
Conduct daily monitoring of data objects in the system, identifying and resolving obstacles as needed.
Configure and maintain partner profiles, data processing rules, and other essential parameters.
Collaborate with technical teams to address integration challenges and system failures.
Manage incidents related to edi operations, providing root cause analysis and timely communication with stakeholders.
Oversee the onboarding of new trading partners, from initial requirements gathering to certification and implementation.
Serve as the primary liaison for edi-related communications with partners and internal teams.
Administer edi platforms, managing user accounts and transaction monitoring.
Ensure compliance with partner edi requirements and maintain accurate operational documentation.
Utilize automation tools to enhance the efficiency of edi processes and reporting.
Prepare and submit weekly status updates as requested.
Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
minimum of 3 years of experience in edi operations or related areas.
At least 2 years of hands‑on experience with relevant edi systems.
Familiarity with various edi standards and protocols.
Experience with edi platforms and middleware solutions.
Background in supporting retail or manufacturing trading partners.
Strong english communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and manage operations across different time zones.
Proficiency in utilizing ai tools in daily work processes.
Education & skills
bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
Working knowledge of edi configuration and data communication protocols.
Understanding of retail compliance standards and relevant data exchange methodologies.
Proficiency in microsoft office applications.
Required skills

Knowledge of data processing within edi environments.
Preferred skills
