Key responsibilities:
- project coordination: act as the main point of contact for all teams involved in the development process, ensuring clear communication and alignment of goals.
- timeline management: develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring all milestones are met on schedule.
- team collaboration: work closely with developers, designers, and qa teams to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to the project plan.
- resource management: allocate resources effectively and manage the budget for the project to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- requirement gathering: collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define software requirements, ensuring they are clearly communicated to the development team.
- progress reporting: provide regular status updates to stakeholders and upper management, highlighting progress, challenges, and potential risks.
- quality assurance: ensure that all aspects of the app or software are tested thoroughly, and meet the company’s quality standards before release.
- risk management: identify potential issues that may arise during the development process and create contingency plans to address them.
required qualifications:
- bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, project management, or a related field.
- proven experience in coordinating software or app development projects.
- strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (sdlc).
- excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
- familiarity with project management tools (e.g., jira, trello, asana).
- ability to work cross-functionally with various teams (development, design, marketing, qa).
- problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
preferred qualifications:
- experience with agile/scrum methodologies.
- familiarity with mobile app development and/or web technologies.
- basic understanding of ux/ui design principles.
