We’re currently looking for a**Chef de Cuisine**in charge of coordinating, managing, and supervising kitchen operation.
**Responsibilities**:
- Supervision of the processes and correct kitchen practices to ensure the quality of product, productions, dishes, and the entire satisfaction of internal and external customers.
- Purchase orders for products linked to the operation (inputs and raw materials), consumables.
- Development of operational and administrative strategies that generate positive changes in the business unit at the kitchen level.
- Operational and personal communication with Jr chefs of the different operations to generate agreements, solve conflicts, and provide support as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Gastronomy, or related field.
- Advanced knowledge and experience of Mexican cuisines, new cooking techniques, and sanitation standards.
- Demonstrated superior knowledge of fine dining kitchen operations.
- Passionate about exquisite and personalized service.
- Proficiency in English (ability to handle the whole interview in English).
- Ability to communicate creating an atmosphere of mutual trust and teamwork.
- Proven ability to effectively lead in a variety of situations with customer needs and staff members.
