- minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or similar role
- proficiency in english, both written and spoken
- strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- proficient in ms office applications (excel, word, outlook)
- ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of sap (at least 2 years of experience)
