The role of an administrative project coordinator is to provide high-level support in managing tasks, project coordination and team organization. This individual will assist the production director in scheduling, communication and material organization with both in-house teams and freelancers.
key responsibilities
* manage projects of intermediate-high complexity, or greater depending on the team's needs and pms capabilities, according to client requirements
* organize deadlines, material and workflow with in-house team & freelancers
* communicate production and planning to in-house team & freelancers according to deadlines set for each file/project
* compile and send clear instructions according to client requests
* receive and verify files according to standards
* update internal trackers, including feedback for each freelancer based on their performance per project
* register all necessary information depending on the workflow in different shared tools within departments
* complete other tasks deemed appropriate for this role and assigned by the manager/supervisor

desired qualifications
* knowledge of administration tasks is highly desired
* minimum bachelor's degree or its equivalent related to administration, languages, production or similar
