Sr Specialist Cyber Security - IT North America

Position Summary: Perform advcance cyber security incident investigations, response and remediation activities. Drive the design and implementation of new threat detection uses cases, definition of standard response procedures. Perform/coordiante the assessment and tracking of potential cyber threats commonly associated with attempted intrusions, network & host-based attacks (external & internal), product vulnerabilities, etc.

Key Outputs:

- Investigation, escalation, and coordination in the remediation of information security incidents
- Execution of cyber threat assessments and ad-hoc security reviews and/or investigations
- Identification of cyber security threads within the Nestlé landscape and workable solutions
- Design, development and implementation of new analytic methods for detecting threads
- Conduct advanced computer and network forensic investigations relating to various forms of malware, computer intrusion, theft of information, denial of service, data breaches, etc.

The Senior Professional, Payroll - LATAM position will support the processing of Under Armour's payrolls within a single Region. This individual will work closely with Human Resources to ensure accurate and timely payroll input and processing. This position will impact a rapidly growing organization.

Your Impact:

- This position will own payroll processing for all regional teammates; summarized below. Other duties may be assigned.
- Manage the end-to-end payroll processing for all countries within the Region utilizing ADP systems.
- Work side-by-side with various ADP in-country payroll partners to ensure teammates throughout the region are paid accurately and timely.
- Continued enhancement of process flow for all payroll processes to ensure the most streamlined and efficient payroll management.
- Research and investigate payroll issues and other escalated payroll inquiries by collaborating with key stakeholders to problem solve, align on the best solution and execute in a timely manner.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly payroll accounting entries to ensure accurate reporting and posting to the General Ledger.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders: Regional HR, Accounting and FP&A; Teams. Maintain alignment with all parties throughout the payroll cycle.
- Function as a strategic partner and contribute process improvements for all key system implementations/upgrades
- Facilitate regular data audits, in partnership with Regional HR Administration
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures/job aids and checklists to ensure that policies and procedures are being adhered to
