Role OverviewWe are seeking a Performance & SEO Manager who will own and drive both paid media performance and organic search visibility.
This is a hybrid role where you'll wear two hats: performance marketing and SEO, combining short-term ROI with long-term organic growth.Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Marketing: Plan, implement, and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) with a focus on ROI and efficiency.SEO Strategy: Implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO to improve rankings and organic traffic.Content Optimization: Collaborate with content teams to ensure copy, metadata, and site structure are optimized for search.Testing & Experimentation: Run A/B tests on creatives, ad copy, landing pages, and SEO tactics to continually improve results.Data & Reporting: Track KPIs (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CAC, organic rankings, traffic, conversions), build dashboards, and provide actionable insights.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product, design, analytics, and development teams to align paid and organic initiatives with business goals.Market Awareness: Stay current on SEO algorithm changes, paid media trends, and industry best practices.What You'll Bring4–6+ years of experience in performance marketing and SEO.Proven success in managing ROI-positive paid media campaigns and driving organic growth.Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs).
