We are seeking a *deputy logistics manager* with strong analytical, planning, and coordination skills to oversee material flow, inventory control, and timely delivery across the supply chain.
this role will support the logistics manager and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure operational excellence.
*key responsibilities*:
- develop and adjust the *master production schedule (mps)* based on sales forecasts, customer orders, inventory levels, and production capacity.
- coordinate with *production, purchasing, and warehouse teams* to ensure timely availability and delivery of materials.
- monitor and optimize *inventory levels*, safety stock, and raw material planning to minimize shortages and overstock.
- interface directly with customers to manage *order tracking, delivery updates, and urgent logístical requests*.
- analyze and resolve *logístical bottlenecks* and proactively propose solutions to improve flow and efficiency.
- prepare and deliver reports on *on-time delivery performance, planning accuracy, and material shortages*.
- support continuous improvement initiatives in logistics and supply chain processes.
- ensure compliance with internal procedures and external regulations related to transportation, storage, and handling.
- available to work *overtime and occasional weekends* as needed.
pay: $60,* - $70,* per month
