we are seeking a highly organized and proactive executive assistant to support a senior executive in day-to-day operations, administrative tasks, and hr-related functions.
Responsabilities:
- create and manage newsletters, internal content, booklets, social media posts, and event invitations.
- take clear, concise, and actionable notes during meetings and ensure proper follow-ups.
- assist with operations and hr tasks, including onboarding support, maintaining internal policies, and coordinating team communications.
Hard and soft skills:
- minimum of 2 years of experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or virtual assistant.
- strong background or working knowledge in human resources, including familiarity with hr policies and procedures.
- excellent verbal and written communication skills in english.
- strong creative and technical skills - able to confidently use tools to design newsletters, content, and social media materials.
- proficiency in calendar management, including complex scheduling and time zone
*monday to friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm est*
