We are looking for a customer success & growth manager who can combine sales, onboarding, and account management into a single ownership role. This is not just a job. You will work directly with the founder and leadership team while managing customer relationships and driving revenue growth. What you'll do sales (new business) prospect and qualify potential clients across restaurants, retail, wellness, and hospitality conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations manage follow-ups and close new business maintain pipeline and sales activity using hubspot or similar crm tools achieve monthly and quarterly revenue goals customer success and onboarding lead onboarding of new clients from platform configuration to go-live conduct training sessions and guide customers on using the platform effectively ensure strong adoption of the product across client teams track customer health and product usage proactively identify and solve issues before they impact the customer account management and growth build trusted relationships with client leadership and marketing teams identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on evolving customer needs conduct regular business reviews and share insights on performance and growth opportunities manage renewals and ensure strong long-term retention serve as the primary strategic point of contact for your accounts growth path at froogal you will begin as a customer success and growth manager with strong ownership across both sales and customer relationships. Within 6–12 months, based on performance, you will have the opportunity to: step into a strategic account lead or sales lead role manage larger key accounts mentor future team members as the organization grows participate in sales strategy, expansion planning, and customer growth initiatives we are looking for someone who wants to grow with the company and take ownership beyond the job title.
