we are looking for high-performing sales specialists to join our commercial team in mexico city and colombia.
about the role
this is a strategic sales position focused on identifying opportunities, building executive relationships, and driving revenue growth across enterprise and mid-market customers. A key part of your role will be identifying customer business processes that can be optimized or automated through ai and modern technology solutions.
you will work closely with leadership and delivery teams to help clients solve real business challenges, improve efficiency, and accelerate growth through innovation.
this role is remote-based, offering flexibility while working with clients and teams across the region.
key responsibilities
* develop and manage a strong pipeline of new business opportunities
* own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, presentations, proposals, negotiation, and closing
* build trusted relationships with c-level executives and decision-makers
* identify operational pain points and ai automation opportunities within client organizations
* understand customer business challenges and position high-value solutions
* collaborate with internal teams to deliver strong customer experiences
* maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management using crm tools
* generate market expansion opportunities
requirements
* 5+ years of experience in technology sales, saas, cloud, software, or enterprise solutions
* bachelor's degree in engineering, business, technology, or related field
* proven track record exceeding revenue targets
* strong executive presence and communication skills
* experience managing complex b2b sales cycles
* crm experience (preferably salesforce)
* self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset
* english proficiency is a strong plus
preferred background
experience selling solutions related to cloud, collaboration platforms, ai, salesforce, google, crm, or digital transformation.
