Tasks and Qualifications:This is What you Will Do in This Role:
- BS/BA in electrical engineering or advanced degree.
- 2-4 years of successful experience in related field.
- Demonstrates and applies a broad knowledge of the field of specialization through successful completion of moderately complex assignments.
- Demonstrates knowledge of the organization's business practices and issues.
- Proficient in AutoCAD.
- Proficient in either Rockwell or Siemens PLCs.
- Knowledgeable on AC drives, both open & closed loop.
- Experience in Ethernet IP network design and machine safety a plus.
What We Are Looking For:You will have multiple on-site administrative responsibilities, using prescribed guidelines and policies which include, but are not limited to:
- Tests and brings systems into an operational state.
- Ability to work individually and in small/large teams from different regions.
- Document Job Activities through written reports.
- Flexibility to travel to multiple projects depending on project schedules.
- Share knowledge and best practices with Engineering Peers.
- Maintain the administrative responsibilities along with site responsibilities in order.
- Attend daily planning/safety meetings.
- Compile information into detailed technical reports.
- Report and follow up on any issues to the manager/lead.
- Report & track safety issues during field operations.
