Responsibilities
* perform the field check to diagnose what was the cause of the deviation in the performance of the products marketed by ppg-comex based on the policy of attention to claims and the pro-cfi-gd-arc-cac-chc procedure.
* attend the field demonstrations to communicate the attributes of the products marketed by ppg-comex according to the internal procedure.
* attend to the field consultancies to make technical recommendations that allow obtaining the performance expected by the end customer of the products marketed by ppg-comex according to the internal procedure.
* manage evaluations of existing products and new launches requested by the marketing area to confirm the results obtained in the product and process development area according to internal policies.
* perform the evaluations of competitors' products to know the differentiating attributes between ppg-comex and its competition.
* support the products marketed by ppg-comex to the following sales areas: retail such as: territory leader.
* you will report to the head of service representative.
qualifications
* 1 to 3 years of service representative.
* english intermediate skills.
* knowledge in databases.
