mission:
ascustomer serviceyou are responsible on monitor customer requests, negotiate increments and decrements with customers. Guarantee the completion of requests, obtain portal scorecards. Respecting and promoting the values & objectives ofantolin saltillo.
responsibilities:
receive the customer request and standardize it using the mps.
support the customer service team, calls, correspondence, customer service and internet. Elaboration and revision of the embarkation programs assuring that balancean of acuerdo at the time of unloading, loading, and preparation for embarkation.
ensure correct asn shipping and paper for the correct cruce and shipment processing.
assume with the programmer and the materials planners first the customer's requests. Supervision of the follow-up of critics, of supply of goods and sales.
generate the sales report.
confirm regularly the quantity of shipments on board and the production schedule together with the team.
ensure and maintain the correct usage of accumulated and requested by the customer.
review critical material to ship regularly, ensuring customer's specifications.what we are looking for:
industrial, logistics engineer similar or related career.
at least 3 years of relevant experience as a customer service in the automotive industry.
sap
experience in dealing with oems bmw or honda
knowledge in production schedule.
logistics management.
immediate response to emerging situations in the supply chain.
knowledge on assembly, injection and pressing processes.
conversational english.
