Generation of clear and understandable reports / data analysis 1 year in logistics, preferably in forwarders companies experience with logístics costume serviceresponsibilities:monitor and follow up on the growth of new clients during the first three months after commercial closure. Coordinate and conduct kick-off meetings with new clients and the internal departments involved, ensuring the proper preparation and signing of the sop (standard operating procedure). Analyze the information provided by the commercial team and the business development of prospects generated by inside sales. Ensure the delivery of complete and accurate information to operations executives for the proper implementation of services. Foster collaborative relationships with the operations, pricing, commercial, and administration teams, seeking efficiency in internal processes and continuous improvement. Maintain fluid communication with internal and external clients to obtain key information for project development.
